Cooking Class and Virtual Tasting with Chef Bill Mitchell
Chef Bill and our winemaker Will have curated the following menu for this event. We will pair Frog’s Tooth: 2018 Sauvignon Blanc, 2017 Barbera, and 2017 Pinot Noir with Chef Bill’s creations: Caesar Salad, Asparagus appetizer, Surf and Turf CA style Main Course.
This is an cooking class where Chef Bill is preparing the food in front of the camera walking you through preparing your meal, while Will and Larry introduce the wines. Estimated to last about an hour long.
